Does anybody know the answer to this abortion question?

so, unfortunately me and my friends think our one friend is lying about being pregnant sadly enough for a lot of reasons that have nothing to do with this question. she is "pregnant" by her ex so she is going to get an abortion she says (if she was really pregnant by him we all do NOT think she would abort) i wanted to know why you can not get "twilight" if you are congested when you are having the procedure done? this is NOT by any means the main reason we think she is lying. thanks in advance!
