Is sopre year of high school to early to be going on college visits?

Well I'm a girl and I'm a sopre in high school. I just got my PSAT scores back and since then I've been getting a ton of email and mail from colleges wanting me to take a campus tour and schedule an interview. Is sopre year too early to take a campus tour and do an interview? When is the best time (day of the week, month, and grade level please) to take a campus tour and/or do an interview? Also, Rory's not my real name but it's what I go by. When I go in for an interview and the interviewer calls me by my legal name should I tell them I prefer to go by Rory or just let it slide? Will they have access to my PSAT scores or only my SAT scores after I take them next year? Thanks!
