Dual Video cards?

I currently have a agp x1950 pro XGE video card and on the back of the box it says that I can insert just normal PCI (NOt pci-express) x1300 cards for up to four screens. The sad thing is, it doesnt give any directions onto how to install it so the two video cards work together. By the way It said that it can be done without sli or anything like that. So any ideas?
