How can I tell if he likes me/get him to notice me?

To be honest, i always use Reverse Physcology, so ignore him and make him want you more. Or if that doesn't work after 2-3days then flirt with him a bit and give him a smile when he looks at you, but just make sure you've got nothing in your teeth before smiling l0l! Good luck (Y)
