Looking for the name of a song?

I heard a song at my gym the other day that I want to know what it is. It is a pop-rock, upbeat song by one of those punky boy-band sounding groups. The song verses sound pretty much exactly like Bon Jovi's It's My Life, and the chorus sings about "don't tell me you love me." I wish I had more to go on but I only heard it once =( hope someone can help!
