16 year old ual problem pleas help?

im 16 and me and my girlfriend were haveing and the problem is my foreskin keeps binding up and makeing it painfull and with a condom wich i dont need shes on the pill i tryed so maybe it hold the skin it dident help i tryed lube and everything and i cant get it working smotthly but if i push it back i get it in up to the area its put back and it sucks it doesent even feel good that way do i need a ciromcision?my girlfriend sugested i let her take it off then wrap it should i?
