How to deal with mean people on yahoo answers.?

I recently asked a question here about financial matters concerning me and my husband.I made a typo about the amount. Some people were nice and terse with the answers but most were calling me names. I was just asking a question!A couple of them started attacking my character (granted I am anonymous here).Even if it wasn't a typo, I feel that people were attacking me because I "made" that much money.They were more concerned judging what kind of person I was. It is very disheartening. So how does one post a question here without being subjected to hate and name calling?
